As a relational psychotherapist, I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are searching for meaning and new direction in their lives. Based on over 30 years of experience working with clients, I realize that there is no one method to be used with every client. Pulling on a wide range of modalities, including breath work and a body-mind awareness, I tailor our way of working based on the client's needs and issues. Also as a Jungian, I have come to understand the value of working with dreams in order to tune into the deep unconscious currents in the psyche.
A lack of alignment with the Self can lead to all manner of symptoms and problems with relationships. Attuning to our felt sense in the body and working with unconscious factors as we experience them through dreams and our bodies helps us to better understand ourselves and our partners.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO, (Lic. 001513) a Clinical Member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists, a Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Certified International Focusing Trainer. I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, and over 30 year of experience working with clients.
