You are a sensitive, intuitive person feeling overwhelmed by a deep inner shift. Whether you are healing from trauma, grieving a loss, or navigating spiritual evolution, you don't have to carry the confusion alone. You might sense something important is shifting within you, but you don’t know what it is or how to express it. You may identify as sensitive, intuitive, creative, empathetic, spiritual, deeply reflective, or imaginative. If so, you may find value in shadow integration (or light work) that brings clarity to the confusion caused by grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I believe that people are much more understandable when you know their life journey. I believe in the power of human connection and the healing that this connection alone can bring about in therapy. My clients know that I am there rooting for them as they navigate difficult chapters: past, present, and future. This is why I am always honoured and excited to hear someone’s story. Looking at the different layers of your story will help us track where certain patterns and cycles have started. Together, we will work through the parts that need healing. We will move forward with this information to make positive changes in your life.

I hold a deep belief in the inherent goodness of every person and the presence of hope in every circumstance. As a relational therapist, I recognize the powerful influence that relationships have on our overall well-being; I have supported individuals, couples, and families alike in their journeys toward healing, growth, and deeper connection. I do not view clients as broken or in need of being “fixed,” but rather as whole and unique individuals shaped by their stories, relationships, and lived contexts. I focus on strengths and resilience, and I remain grounded in hope even in moments when hope may feel out of reach.

Drawing from parts work, client‑centered, somatic, and transpersonal therapies—along with training in mindfulness, and energy-based practices—I offer a holistic path to deeper meaning and healing.
In my practice, I support individuals whose emotional experiences are expressed through the body. Many of my clients are navigating chronic illness, stress‑related physical symptoms, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, or moments of spiritual crisis. I provide a compassionate, and non‑judgmental space where you can listen to the messages of your body, understand your relationship patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to help you heal the emotional root causes of your physical symptoms, build your self‑esteem, speak with confidence, strengthen your relationships, and deepen your spiritual growth.

Each of us has a story, but our experiences may have made it difficult to share openly or listen to it ourselves. Sometimes the person who needs to hear your story the most is you. For 18 years, I've supported a wide range of clients with diverse concerns, including addiction, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. My professional experience combined with my personal recovery of nearly 20 years make me uniquely suited to support you. I can help you to better understand yourself, identify underlying needs, and develop more effective ways to fulfill them.

***ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS: IN-PERSON & PHONE/VIDEO*** We believe that there is good in every person, and hope in every situation. We have helped individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and connect. As relational therapists, we appreciate the impact that our relationships have on our well-being. We see strengths and we see hope, even when it feels like there is none.

I trained in existential integrative psychotherapy and completed doctoral level studies in transpersonal psychology.
We live in uncertain times, and asking for support can be a difficult step. If you are navigating depression, anxiety, loneliness, or a sense of emptiness, you are not alone. Many of my clients, including both skeptics and seekers, come with deep questions about trauma, purpose or a lack of it, belonging, and living with integrity, as well as integrating difficult post-psychedelic experiences.
I offer a grounded, trauma-informed, and culturally aware space, integrating body awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR.
Please book a free consultation through my website. If no spots are available, email me.

People who may not be able to experience other kinds of psychotherapies are often more open to the benefits of music therapy. You can develop love for life through creative music making, because music plays incredible role in human well-being. I provide a person-centred and evidence-based music therapy/psychotherapy, using a heart-centred model as a representative of the humanistic approach, and a music-centred model as a professional musician, which gives me a wide range of musical and verbal choices for implementing activities and allows me to be flexible in selecting methods and techniques.

Looking to make long-lasting changes in your life? I am a community psychotherapist, grounded in my work in spiritual care and supported by the evidence-based modalities of DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and somatic therapy. I am focused on politicizing therapy through the teachings of mad studies, addressing the social location of clients and how they are impacted by the loss of power in their lives that contributes to grief and anxiety. I bring in the wholeness of the human being through a holistic, decolonial, trauma-informed, and client-centred approach. My student training was at the University Health Network in Toronto.

You won't become a better partner, father, friend, or man by caring more. You do care. But you're trying to meet expectations that no one prepared you for. Most of us were never taught how to understand our emotions beyond anger, frustration, or shutting down. Yet as we get older, life and relationships ask more of you- To help you stay connected under stress. To become more intentional instead of reactive. To communicate while arguing. And to tolerate your feelings long enough to figure out how to act.

How does transpersonal therapy work?
Transpersonal therapy focuses on a patient’s spirituality and meaning in life. Transpersonal therapists might borrow from Eastern traditions as well as Western psychology. They may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualisation, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork to produce altered states of consciousness. The therapist helps the patient to access their consciousness and spirituality to work through difficult mental states.
How long does transpersonal therapy last?
Because the goal is to understand a person as a whole, including their spirituality, treatment can range from months to a year or beyond. While patients learn the philosophy behind transpersonal therapy during treatment, they can also practice its principles throughout life after therapy sessions have ended.
Is transpersonal therapy effective?
Patients have found success with transpersonal therapy; this method is useful in improving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, fears, relationship problems, and other concerns. Improvements in problem areas can continue even after transpersonal therapy ends, as individuals can utilise the tools they’ve learned during treatment sessions.
What are the limitations of transpersonal therapy?
There is some research on the effectiveness of transpersonal therapy, but empirical support for this therapy approach is sparse. It does not have the robust evidence base of other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
