The majority of my clients are struggling with a unique cluster of symptoms that impact their ability to live life on their terms. Most are unaware of the ways our hormones, trauma and ADHD intersect, and too often we are poorly supported. For many first/second gen or BIPOC individuals, the pressure to build a better life left little room to feel. I support individuals/ couples, including LGBTQ2SIA+ clients, navigating trauma, anxiety, PMDD, stress, and relational challenges. With 15+ years as a client and 10 years in mental health, I understand both human and systemic patterns. My research on narcissistic abuse, VAW, and how DSM perpetuates racial/ cultural bias grounds my trauma informed, relational, and culturally responsive care. You deserve to be seen beyond survival.
