New Aug 2026: Are you a woman between 25-45 who is stuck in patterns you understand but can’t seem to change? Maybe you were raised by emotionally immature or narcissistic parents, struggle to set boundaries, or feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions while pushing down your own. Maybe you're in a dysfunctional relationship or stuck in "functional freeze". You are self-aware and KNOW what’s wrong - you’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, saved the tiktoks - but your body still reacts like you’re in survival mode. It’s exhausting to know what you need and still not be able to do it, and you're so ready for help.

I work with South Asian women in their 20s and early 30s who, on the outside, have so much to be proud of, but internally may feel overwhelmed at times, question their self-worth or experience dating and relationship challenges. Your day to day might also involve balancing everyone else's needs, which can sometimes make it feel like you so rarely get to fully prioritize yourself.

NEW Aug 2026: You're a deep feeler, an empath, somebody who has been told they're "too sensitive" and should "just relax" your entire life. You absorb other people's emotions, but feel totally alone and confused about your own. You long for connection, but feel exhausted by people. Some of your most important relationships may feel complicated, leaving you with unmet needs, lingering hurts, or disappointments that are difficult to put into words. You hide it well most of the time, and when people ask what's wrong, you say "nothing," because you know they won't understand and you'll just end up feeling even worse

You’re living one version of your life, but something inside keeps reaching for another. Maybe it shows up as a quiet frustration, a sadness you can’t quite name, or a sense that the person you present to the world doesn’t fully reflect who you are. That space between where you are and where you want to be is often where our work begins—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Do you want to maintain and deepen intimacy and that special feeling of closeness for life? Even loving, intelligent, self-aware people can get caught in painful patterns they cannot “think” their way out of. Our closest relationships often trigger our deepest fears, hurts, longings, and self-protection. In Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, we slow the cycle down so you can access what is happening underneath conflict and begin creating new experiences of safety, repair, and closeness together.

Are you smart, driven, career-focused - and quietly falling apart? On the outside, you seem fine. On the inside, your mind races like a browser with 30 tabs open. You replay conversations, dread your to-do list, and never feel caught up. No matter how much praise you get, it doesn’t land. Your inner critic is loud, and everything feels heavy—like life isn’t fun anymore. You wonder if it’s ADHD, depression, burnout... You’ve tried the books, the walks, the journaling. You tell yourself to “love yourself,” but it feels like a vague idea, not something real. You’re tired of holding it all together and ready to actually feel okay

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers. As individuals, we spend our lives on a continuous expedition of self-discovery and personal growth, marked by highs and lows. Throughout our journey, therapy can become a guiding compass to build resilience and strength to overcome challenges that we may face along the way. I often support individuals who feel like they are constantly navigating multiple identities, whether between cultures, generations, or expectations. Many of my clients are 2nd-generation Canadians raised in collectivist households, and they often feel the weight of being the bridge between their parents’ values and their own needs. Working with you in therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to be “put together;” you can stop performing and can breathe a sigh of relief. We explore how your story, family roles, and inner patterns shape how you show up today, so you can begin living with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
