I offer online counselling to individual adults. As a culturally-sensitive therapist, I work with BIPOC, Indian & Asian-identifying, culture-questioning, and intersectional populations. My approach is strengths-based to help work with the skills you already have, and ones you discover through the therapy process to explore your life challenges and discover opportunities for growth. The issues that I see in the therapy room are, 1. anxiety, 2. depression, 3. trauma, 4. abuse, 5. relationship issues, 6. behaviour issues, 7. life transitions.
