My aim is to cultivate a culturally sensitive safe space in which you can explore and better understand yourself, as well as help you in addressing challenges in daily living including anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. In using a holistic and client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with you as a unique individual with your own unique needs wanting to live a more purposeful, connected, and fulfilling life.
