Here at Bloom, I believe in a modern, grounded approach to therapy — one that meets you where you are, without judgment. It’s an honour to walk alongside you during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. My goal is to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship that helps you peel back the layers, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing. Counselling is your space- a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely and authentically. Through that process, clarity, peace, and direction become possible. There’s light to be found, even in the hardest seasons.

You may be navigating big transitions, identity questions, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling anxious, down, or not fully yourself. I support teens (13+) and adults who are dealing with overwhelm, low mood, grief, self-doubt, and the pressures of school, work, family, and community expectations. This can look like feeling stuck, people-pleasing, withdrawing, acting out, or repeating dynamics that do not feel good, even when you hope for something different. Together, we make sense of what is happening and explore what healing and change could look like for you.

The most impactful patterns are the ones we can’t see. The ones that have been normalised since childhood. They are in the way we love & fight, the partners we choose, the friendships we uphold and the boundaries we find difficult to set. Some of us don’t even see these patterns in our lifetime. We do not notice because it has been our normal for so long. Trauma often goes unidentified because it is disguised as family traditions, cultural expectations or love languages. If you’re struggling, I hear you. It’s tough, and therapy isn’t about pretending it’s not. Healing & breaking cycles would require us to first see these patterns.

Engaging in psychotherapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with what matters. I work with high-functioning individuals who have built successful lives, yet quietly struggle with disconnection, meaninglessness, or emotional distance. My approach blends clinical psychology and cognitive science with a deep respect for the relational and the sacred. This is not performance coaching or symptom management. It’s an invitation into honest contact—with yourself, with others, and with what you’ve left behind in the pursuit of getting everything else right.

My areas of therapeutic interest involve Trauma-Informed and Attachment-Focused psychotherapy. I am available to work with teens (16+), and adults who are managing grief and loss, anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. I achieved an undergraduate degree in History and Literature and work well with "creatives" who find themselves leaning into a greater awareness of themselves and are reflecting on their lives, searching for meaning and ways of naming where they are now. I am conscious of holding space for folks as they process and unpack their experiences, incorporating a stance of curiosity and non-judgment.

Compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. Many clients come in navigating trauma, grief, loss, relationship challenges, burnout, postpartum changes, or major life transitions—often feeling disconnected or not like themselves. At LumenPath Psychotherapy, we offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and begin to feel grounded again. We use EMDR, CBT, EFT, and other evidence-based approaches.

I see individuals who are suffering a variety of problems in living. These include depression, sadness and trouble in relationships that can be caused by historical trauma or current crisis. People often relate to others in the same way they have in the past, even though it may not be the best way for the present. Understanding and working with these patterns can lead to breaking out of those that are no longer helpful. We work to understand and practice being different in the safety of the therapy relationship. This can generate courage for you to move into the world to change your patterns and your life.
