The most impactful patterns are the ones we can’t see. The ones that have been normalised since childhood. They are in the way we love & fight, the partners we choose, the friendships we uphold and the boundaries we find difficult to set. Some of us don’t even see these patterns in our lifetime. We do not notice because it has been our normal for so long. Trauma often goes unidentified because it is disguised as family traditions, cultural expectations or love languages.
If you’re struggling, I hear you. It’s tough, and therapy isn’t about pretending it’s not. Healing & breaking cycles would require us to first see these patterns.

Ever wonder, “Is this it? Is this really my life?” From the outside, things might seem fine. But inside, you feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. Slowly losing yourself in a relationship, a life, or a version of yourself you barely recognize. Putting everyone else’s needs above your own. Maybe you're navigating past trauma or a painful & confusing relationship. When a relationship causes more pain than peace, it can make you question your reality, your worth & your ability to trust yourself. As a social worker with over 15 years of experience & my own experience with trauma, I understand how overwhelming it can feel.

Clarity is my hope for each person I see, whether we use Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Narrative approaches, EMDR, Mindfulness, yoga, polyvagal theory, or creative arts expression. Regardless if your struggle is with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, or trauma, clarity means a better awareness and understanding of yourself in the current situation. Knowing yourself allows you to make choices best for you, consciously. It can be challenging to unravel and understand all of the often conflicting messages we hear and give ourselves, but it is crucial. This is the work I will support and guide you in.

Engaging in psychotherapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with what matters. I work with high-functioning individuals who have built successful lives, yet quietly struggle with disconnection, meaninglessness, or emotional distance. My approach blends clinical psychology and cognitive science with a deep respect for the relational and the sacred. This is not performance coaching or symptom management. It’s an invitation into honest contact—with yourself, with others, and with what you’ve left behind in the pursuit of getting everything else right.

It is my mission to help men to overcome the challenges they uniquely face in today's society - things like low self-esteem, angry outbursts, people-pleasing, divorce, jealousy, never feeling good enough, and so much more.
Attention "Nice Guys": Are you bending over backwards to please everybody around you, while burying your own needs? Do you walk on eggshells, afraid that somebody's going to get angry or defensive if you make a simple request? Youre smart, driven, and a hard worker, and you often wonder if YOU'RE the problem. But you're really tired of living this way, of never feeling good enough, accomplished enough, and like you have finally earned some rest. You want to be loved, adored, cherished for all that you do and give (which is a lot) - and you technically know that you are, but you often just don't feel it long enough for it to stick
