My culturally sensitive approach, rooted in Filipino heritage, guides expertise in trauma, grief, relationships, and emotional well-being.
If you’re here, it may be because life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. You might be exhausted, stuck, or desperate for clarity and relief, and part of you may wonder if change is really possible. That’s normal and valid. Even when we acknowledge or validate our feelings with words, it can still feel hard to believe them or truly feel them in your body. In our work together, we’ll create a space that is both compassionate and real, encouraging the parts of you ready for growth. We’ll explore your struggles, confront patterns that hold you back, and work toward a felt sense of safety, self-worth, and clarity.

My focus is on helping men and women who are navigating the aftermath of trauma - anxiety, depression, relationship issues - that time simply doesn't heal.
You are constantly walking on eggshells. Always on high alert, your highly sensitive brain is always scanning other people's expressions to make sure everything is okay. You over-apologize, over-explain, over-share or disconnect and push your emotions deep down. You feel different - too emotional, too “much”. A sense of loneliness and longing for something you can’t describe looms in the background of everything you do. No matter what you try the feeling that there’s “something wrong with you” just won’t let up. You try to feel better - you have journaled, meditated, tried therapy, medication, breathwork…but nothing helps for long.

Or believe if you did acknowledge YOU in relationships it could end in abandonment, disappointment or being alone?
I am passionate about working with women who have never felt their worth no matter how many accomplishments they have acquired, or imagine themselves needing to measure up to other women "more" successful. I use an integrative approach designed for your specific needs, goals, and history, to support you in re-connecting to your authentic self.

I also help couples to connect better to each other, rebuild trust, improve communication, and help cope with and prepare for stressful life transitions.
Our early relationships give us a framework for how we see ourselves. This framework can become shaky and fragile, especially when we're most vulnerable or stressed. We can learn to see ourselves in a more positive light when we can connect better to the people who care about us, and when we learn to depend on others for help.
