I support individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship struggles, infidelity, and life transitions.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted from burnout, life stress, or the emotional weight of carrying it all on your own. Maybe your relationships feel tense, or the things that once brought joy now feel distant. I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves again. If you’re craving a space where you can be deeply heard, supported, and begin to make meaningful change, you’re in the right place. You don’t have to do this alone.

Whether you're struggling with PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, betrayal, or anxiety, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore emotions, rebuild trust, and find balance.
Maybe you feel stuck—held back by past trauma or painful memories that won’t seem to let go. Life doesn’t have to feel this heavy. Maybe you're always on edge, struggling with flashbacks, nightmares, or a sense of dread. You avoid places, sounds, or people that bring back too much. Shame or self-blame might keep you stuck, or you feel disconnected—like you're watching life happen from the outside. You want peace, rest, and to feel safe in your own body again. You want to trust yourself, feel joy in your relationships, and move forward without fear. Healing can feel out of reach, but it is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I support individuals working through trauma, childhood wounds, attachment injuries, PTSD, anxiety, infidelity, and challenges in parenting or parent-child relationships.
Relationships, with others and with yourself, can feel incredibly hard, especially when you've lived through early trauma. That kind of pain doesn’t just fade; it can shape how you parent, connect, and even how you experience your own emotions. You might feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or moments of hopelessness, wondering, “How did I end up here?” Sometimes your body reacts before your mind can make sense of it, leaving you feeling out of control. If you're longing to feel calmer, more grounded, and more like yourself, you’re not alone. Healing is possible.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, specializing in trauma resolution and renegotiation for those experiencing PTSD, C-PTSD, shock trauma, religious and betrayal trauma and other mental health conditions.
Perhaps, a sudden event has happened in your life, leaving you feeling disoriented and confused. Your usual ways of coping are no longer working. You know things in your mind, but your body is reacting differently. By working with the nervous system, you will learn how to emotionally regulate and integrate past experiences so that they no longer control your life. You may be someone who 'feels off,' yet can't identify what it is. You know that you have gone through things in your life but think, "others have had it much worse." However, you are finally at a place where you want to feel better and sort out what that 'thing' is.

How does therapy for infidelity work?
A skilled infidelity therapist will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings and concerns. The goal is to be completely honest about what led to the cheating and how it has affected the entire family to prevent it from recurring in the future. The therapist will help the clients work on rebuilding mutual trust and respect and developing better communication and conflict-resolution skills. If the goal is to remain a couple, clients will learn the “danger signs” for their specific relationship, and they will make a renewed commitment to be faithful.
How long does therapy for infidelity take?
Recovery from infidelity can take time, and it can vary from person to person. Generally, a therapist will want to see the clients at least once a week for around six months. Then the sessions can be arranged as needed, depending on the clients’ individual needs. While therapy may end or shift to an as-needed basis, it can take up to two years or more for some clients to fully recover from infidelity.
How does therapy help the partner who was cheated on?
When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.
How does therapy help the partner who committed infidelity?
Infidelity often occurs when one or both partners’ emotional needs are not being met in the relationship. Therapy can help this client understand why they cheated and figure out how to address those unmet needs without resorting to infidelity in the future. This can lessen (but not entirely eliminate) the risk of repeated infidelity. Clients who cheat may also feel intense guilt about deceiving their partners, a sentiment that they can work through in therapy.
