Do you feel stuck in old patterns or struggle to feel present and connect with your body? We all carry unresolved experiences that shape our daily function and have "parts" of ourselves that feel hard to manage. My work is dedicated to developing a deeper understanding of these patterns, parts, and past experiences. We'll explore how these dynamics are held not just in the mind, but also physically in the body, so you can move forward with greater coping and healing. If you are ready to address anxiety, loneliness, grief, people-pleasing, or the effects of trauma and relationship ruptures, let's begin this journey together.

When we aren't feeling like the best version of ourselves, it's tough to engage in our lives and relationships in the way we would like to; our daily stress adds up and pulls us away from the things and people that are important to us. Whether little things in your life are piling up and becoming overwhelming or you are in the midst of a major life transition, accessing support is an important first step to living a values-driven life. Dedicating time and space to process our thoughts with an unbiased listener can build the insight we need to thrive.

It is so difficult living in a world that wasn’t made for you - that wasn’t made for so many of us. Your life has been very different than those around you, and you’re tired of trying to explain because you’re met with confusion, misunderstanding, or even hostility. Maybe you’re deep in depression, frozen with anxiety, haunted by intrusive memories of past abuse, or trapped in a currently abusive environment. Maybe you’re living as someone you know in your heart you aren’t, or maybe you’ve found yourself, but others have been slow to accept it. Maybe you’re trapped by your own or others’ expectations, feeling like you can’t breathe.

Welcome.
Most people arrive here carrying something they’ve held alone for a long time — a heaviness they can’t quite name, a pattern they keep repeating, or a pain that feels too old or too complicated to explain. If that’s you, you’re in the right place. You may have grown up in a family where love was inconsistent, confusing, or conditional. You may have learned to stay quiet, stay small, or stay strong because no one ever made room for your feelings. You may find yourself in relationships where you’re not met, not chosen, or not treated with the care you give so freely.

I work with adults and young adults living with complex trauma, borderline personality patterns, and suicidal ideation. A lot of my clients come to therapy carrying experiences that feel hard to put into words, or patterns that have been running the show for a long time. You might feel stuck in ways you don't fully understand, carrying a lot on your own, or like things that "should be manageable" just aren't anymore. Whatever brought you here, it makes sense. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what's underneath, and start to feel more at home in your own life.

Living with OCD or intrusive thoughts can feel exhausting and isolating. You may find your mind stuck in loops of worry, doubt, or unwanted thoughts that are hard to quiet. You might feel driven to repeat behaviours, mentally review situations, or seek reassurance just to get a moment of relief. Over time, this cycle can feel overwhelming and hard to escape.
Many people I work with also navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, or stress alongside OCD. What they’re often looking for is a sense of calm, more control over their thoughts, and the ability to feel like themselves again. You don’t have to manage this on your own.

Whether you have had a traumatic experience, are experiencing emotional difficulties, are stressed out and struggling with setting boundaries, I believe healing is within reach.
