From a perspective integrating compassion,
acceptance
, and the mind-body connection, I blend a variety of modalities such as
Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy (
ACT
) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), among others.
Life can present us with challenges that leave us feeling diminished, confused, and unable to cope. I believe that each of us has the capacity to heal, find purpose, and create a path forward. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing challenges resulting from past and current difficult relationships, life transitions, grief due to death loss and living losses such as divorce, loss of health and more; and challenges related to the experience of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I apply an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed lens guided by your needs, goals, and circumstances.
