If you’re looking for a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the things that may feel difficult to put into words, art therapy can offer you a gentle path forward. Through creative expression, you can allow your inner experiences to be communicated and explored, especially in moments when spoken language feels limiting or restrictive.

Hi, I’m Natasha, and I help overwhelmed, anxious, and self-critical kids (ages 4+) and teens feel more confident, calm, and emotionally in control. Many of the kids I work with are sensitive, caring, and trying hard—but inside, they’re battling big feelings like anxiety, low self-esteem, or sadness they don’t always understand or know how to express. Whether your child is people-pleasing to avoid conflict, melting down from small frustrations, or doubting their worth daily—I’m here to help.

In my practice, I work with clients aged 16+ who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, ADHD, disordered eating, and/or substance use issues.
There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to psychotherapy. Instead, my approach integrates elements of various evidence-based treatments (e.g., EFT, ACT, CBT) to best meet your unique needs. Therapy should feel challenging at times, but you should always feel supported, heard, and accepted. Your feedback is very important to me and helps inform our approach.

I support clients with ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions using a culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in familiar patterns despite being high-functioning and capable. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, or cycles of people-pleasing, overthinking, or burnout. You want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected, to yourself and to others, but something keeps getting in the way. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or are navigating cultural or identity-based pressures, you don’t have to do this alone.

I work with folks navigating ADHD, attachment trauma, relationship difficulty, identity, anxiety, depression and loneliness.
Many of the people who come to me feel caught between wanting closeness and protecting themselves from it. They may move through relationships in anxious, avoidant, or disorganized ways, often carrying a sense that they are too much, or not enough, alongside self-doubt and exhaustion from holding it all together. Early on, they learned to stay agreeable, capable, or calm to keep connection or survive systems that left little room for refusal. Over time, this can show up as people-pleasing, self-criticism, shutdown, or anger that hasn’t had anywhere safe to go. No part of you is too much here.

Everyone learns and experiences the world a little differently. Some people face challenges with attention, learning, emotions, or social interactions—whether at school, work, or in daily life. These struggles can feel frustrating and may lead to feeling misunderstood or held back. When there’s uncertainty about how you think, learn, or cope, it’s natural to want clarity. Understanding your cognitive and emotional strengths can open the door to helpful supports, meaningful accommodations, and strategies that support growth and success.

More specifically, I have worked directly with persons with a variety of anxiety diagnoses, ADHD, Autism, Dual Diagnosis, complex trauma, burnout, loss of motivation, and or a sense of life direction.
Life can feel like a never-ending cycle of to-do lists, challenges, changes, and obstacles accompanied by feelings of pressure, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, fear, guilt, grief, and more. You may have noticed you’ve felt lost, irritable, overwhelmed, unmotivated, and or alone when these cycles persist. Daily life becomes difficult to navigate, and you begin to experience a decline in your focus, loss of happiness, and symptoms of physical distress. In addition, your relationships have become strained, and you feel unattached. You're not sure where to start or you feel like you've tried everything with little to no relief.

Many of the people I work with have spent a long time managing on their own before reaching out. They might be navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, big life transitions, or questions around identity, intimacy, and relationships. Some are neurodivergent — diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out. Some are queer, trans, or questioning. Some are couples or non-monogamous partners trying to find their way back to each other. What they share is a sense that something has to change — and the courage to take one small step toward that.

We’ll work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on small, meaningful changes that add up over time.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from how they used to function. Trauma, anxiety, and executive functioning difficulties can affect concentration, motivation, and daily responsibilities. You may also notice changes in your mood, energy, sleep, and relationships. These responses are not personal failures; they are common nervous-system patterns that develop over time and can be worked with. Invisible symptoms and chronic stress can make it hard to feel understood. When your brain and body feel out of sync, it can feel exhausting and isolating.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

Are there specific medications for ADHD?
Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
