I have worked with diverse clients in a variety of professional settings, and have experience assisting clients working through trauma, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, emotion regulation, and insomnia.
My treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based treatment to help individuals and groups change unhelpful thought patterns and modify their behaviours. Based on your concerns I create a unique treatment plan to help you achieve your therapy goals.
