Diagnostically some of these issues might be depression, unexplained anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, personality disorder, bipolar disorder and the like. On the inside it might look & feel like identity related issues, a sense of feeling "stuck", feeling of emptiness, difficulty in relationships, feeling not in control of oneself.
