You deserve a space where every part of your identity is honored and held. I support 2S/Indigiqueer, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals and families—including those navigating late-recognized neurodivergence—as they move through the complexities of trauma, attachment, and systemic violence.
The current global political reality is undeniably violent and chaotic. In this context, I believe that healing is not a luxury, and your joy is not a distraction. To heal, to connect, and to live closer to your authentic self is a profound act of resistance.

Counselling can be a way to rediscover your strengths and re-frame your past. It is a place to get curious about why you are where you are, and explore what might be holding you back. We work on the green bottle method at Fancy Therapy, meaning I can charge from 30-70 dollars for 50 minute individual sessions and 50-90 dollars for family or couples.
Therapy is spontaneous, even if it's not always exciting or fun. This makes it difficult to describe exactly what we'll do in session together. Sometimes it'll be laughing together, other times crying in the shared space. Mostly, we'll talk. You'll help guide me through your inner world and we'll look at how it has grown and is still growing.
Even if we're only together for one brief session, we'll have a conversation and my hope is that it is useful in some way.

I offer individual, couples and sex therapy: working with people navigating desire, intimacy, sexuality and connection with curiosity and without shame.
You're the one everyone else leans on. At work you're capable, competent, held together. But privately you're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Your relationships feel like another thing to manage. Intimacy feels distant... from others and from yourself. You've spent so long holding everything together that somewhere along the way you lost track of what you actually want. I work with high-achievers, founders, entrepreneurs, managers and therapists navigating self-worth, people-pleasing, identity and intimacy. My approach is feminist, psychodynamic and relational: We look at deeper patterns, not just symptoms.

Many people learn to scan for safety, reading mood, noise, and energy before their own needs are fully seen or supported. Over time, these survival responses can shape how we move through the world and relate to ourselves and others. Within our work together, we begin gently stepping outside the survival patterns, creating space to notice one’s own experiences, needs, micro-scans, and inner cues, noticing the different parts of us that get activated to protect ourselves, rather than always tracking what is happening around us. I work with individuals with navigating ADHD, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, and grief.

Whether it is with your intimate partner, or your parent/s, siblings, your children, or even if it is with your friends and work colleagues, you may find that relationships are complex and challenging, and they often bring up our attachment wounds and history.
To build deeper connections and real intimacy, we need to put in the hard work. Relationships often require that we have the difficult conversations, that we ask the hard questions and we demand accountability from others in our life. While I am gentle, warm, and caring in my approach, I am also good at having difficult conversations in therapy.

Marriage Counselling
How does marriage counseling work?
Marriage counseling works by teaching couples concrete skills to communicate with one another and solve disagreements in healthy ways. A trained mental health professional works with both members of a couple to explore difficulties the couple may be having and helps them develop skills to address these matters. Couples who don’t have any difficulties but want to prepare for marriage may develop skills for the future.
How long does marriage counseling typically last?
Marriage counseling is a short-term form of therapy; the process may last between four and eight sessions. Other forms of relationship guidance from mental health professionals, such as couples therapy, are longer lasting, may focus on the past rather than just the present, and are tailored to the individual couple and their emotions, history, and patterns in the relationship. Couples therapy often lasts for 12 weeks or longer.
Is marriage counseling effective?
Marriage counseling helps many couples develop relationship skills that may not have been acquired or tested in a relationship; partners may be better able to communicate and address conflict following counseling. However, there are many different forms of marriage counseling, and this form of counseling does not have as strong an evidence base as other modalities such as couples therapy.
Is marriage counseling effective if only one partner wants to go?
Yes, marriage counseling can still be effective if one partner convinces the other to engage in the process. Of course, whether counseling is effective depends on the couple’s commitment to work on their relationship; however, the short-term, skills-based nature of marriage counseling makes it a relatively easy “ask” of a partner, and the hesitant individual may see its value once counseling begins.
