As a late-diagnosed autistic
woman
with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I am extremely passionate about neurodiversity and supporting others who found out late-in-life that they are neurodivergent.
I am committed to creating safe spaces for clients where they can gain self-awareness, confidence, and compassion for themselves. Walking into a session with me you can expect a judgement-free zone where there are no wrong questions, reactions, or emotions. I am able to meet clients where they are at, so for me, an ideal client is anyone who is curious about themselves and the challenges they may be having, and who is open to meaningful conversation around these pieces. My passion lies in walking alongside others as they share their stories, gain perspective, and reclaim parts of their narrative that no longer serve them.
