Are you a Type A, driven, and hardworking woman who is quietly unraveling inside? No one sees your high-functioning anxiety or the trauma responses running the show. Your mind never stops, your body is always tense, and even relaxation feels impossible. Praise doesn’t register. You wonder if maybe you have ADHD, depression, or just burnout - but deep down, your intuition knows something’s off. Maybe you grew up having to perform, stay small, or manage other people’s emotions. You’ve tried the walks, journaling, meditations... but your nervous system still feels stuck. You know you need to “love yourself”—you just don’t know how

My clients are looking to lead a balanced life with the perspective and tools to face challenges with resilience and optimism. Addictions, anxiety, depression, or negative thinking might be getting in the way of relationship or life goals. My clients are hoping to find practical problem solving in their sessions with me but also build bigger picture thinking and perhaps even get into the big philosophical questions that are a part of making life feel worth living. They value a genuine, human experience with an open-minded, culturally sensitive supporter, that allows them to tap into their own resources for long term well-being.

I work primarily with millennial & GenZ women navigating big emotions, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, AuDHD, BPD, relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, and complex trauma stemming from "emotionally immature" parents. I also provide support for PMDD. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and I always prioritize building a secure and friendly therapeutic relationship. My strength comes in the form of curating effective coping skills to suit your individual needs and holding space for emotions that may often be dismissed by others.

I specialize in intensive couple therapy to create safe, and secure-functioning relationships. I explore attachment styles (developed early in life) so that couples understand why they say and do the things they do. With my guidance, couples define mutually-shared agreements that will provide a framework for operating as a team. And with this shared vision, they can learn to successfully manage any disagreements or disappointments that life may bring. My goal is to help each couple feel they are safe and secure, in each other's care, no matter the issue. I am a Level 11 PACT therapist.

You might not believe me right now, but it will get better. Whether your anxious thoughts seem to have a mind of their own, your depression makes everything feel like an uphill battle, or you're exhausted from trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for your neuro-spicey brain... you can't imagine what self-kindness (let alone self-love) even looks like. The world feels grey. Even when there's nothing really "wrong," there's also nothing really "right." You don't only want to feel less bad; you want to feel GOOD. No, it's not too much to ask. And yes, you (yes, YOU) are worthy of a colourful, purposeful life. Hi, I'm Mandy.

I appreciate that seeking help can be intimidating. Many people feel that they suffer alone. People do not realize how common it is to suffer from mental health-related issues. In North America, one in five adults suffer from distress, such as depression, anxiety, and interpersonal problems. Psychotherapy is extremely effective at treating a wide variety of psychological issues. I provide evidence-based, individualized, and collaborative treatment to ensure the quality of care. My approach to psychotherapy incorporates cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).
