I have extensive experience in working with clients to explore what is in the way of them having the life they hope for and specialize in how one's view of self can impact their ability to achieve what they want in either their personal or business relationships.
I am a client centred therapist who wants to understand your perspective so that we can work together to address the challenges you are facing. Anxiety, ADHD, low self esteem and negative thinking are common areas that I work with clients on. Additionally, my Human Resources background allows me to have significant insight with job or career issues.
