Welcome! I specialize in substance use, mental health and life issues. I work with clients all along the substance use spectrum to modify or stop problematic use and with those that are in recovery but want help addressing other issues. I also assist family members that have been impacted by a loved ones substance use. In addition, I help clients who have issues with depression, anxiety, experienced trauma, abusive relationships or other life issues. I strive to provide a safe non judgmental space for clients to explore their issues and make their own decisions that make sense for how you want to live your life.

Deb is a Registered Social Worker, holding a Masters of Social Work, who practices Psychotherapy. She is a trained Trauma Specialist, though also uses integrated approaches in her work as both a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. Deb supports adults, and young people. She has spent much of her career working with youth and young adults, as a teacher, coach, facilitator, psychotherapist and as a youth outreach worker. Deb also provides Clinical Supervision to regulated Mental Health Providers.

My areas of specialty include addictions, trauma, and sexual abuse, and I have extensive experience in other areas of psychotherapy including depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, grief and loss, family of origin issues, dissociation, separation, and infertility. I have a passion for helping people develop new ways of understanding and working through their challenges. I am a registered clinical social worker and psychotherapist.
