Growing up right now can be incredibly hard and children and youth are struggling with a variety of challenges including mood and emotions, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addictions, mental health, peer relationships, sexuality and gender expression, family and peer conflict, and an ever changing, often times scary world. It can be difficult, as caregivers, to watch our children experience these issues and not know the best way to support them. I provide a welcoming, creative, and compassionate environment for children and youth to safely explore their feelings, their struggles and their concerns though talk, art and play.
