and AEDP as theoretical foundations.
I regularly work with helping Clients process trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, panic attacks, uncontrolled anger, life changes and internal judgement/criticism. The Clients who report the biggest impact tend to be ones who are ready to take responsibility for their own journey. We can spend an hour together, and accomplish a lot in that time- but ultimately, the ones who experience the most change and improvement, are people who are committed to the process of their own work.
