I offer therapy sessions Wednesdays and Thursdays, in-person and online/virtual.
Sometimes people come to therapy because they have lost faith in themselves. I hope that’s not you, but if it is, I am confident that we can rebuild together. I know what it's like to feel lost or stuck. We also go to therapy because we have lost faith in trying to solve our problems alone. Good. Why try to solve everything alone? It's not a great strategy. We also come when develop a small, fragile hope that maybe, just maybe, we can find a competent aid who can provide a renewed sense of wellness and direction. Someone professional, but human, wise and well-trained, but also down-to-earth, and relatable.

I'm available for both in person and online appointments.
Do you feel like you understand your mental health intellectually, but your emotions are still stuck? You aren't alone. In traditional therapy, we often focus on a "top-down" talking approach, but for many—especially those dealing with chronic stress or digestive issues—the body needs deeper supports to truly feel safe. I help individuals who are tired of physical and mental health struggles dictating their lives. By combining hypnotherapy and body-mind regulation techniques, we work to calm your nervous system and address the root causes of distress, not just the thoughts and ideas.

Are you struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, panic, or a constant sense of tension that makes it difficult to relax, focus, or feel fully present in your life? Do you feel stuck in fight-or-flight, experiencing ongoing nervous system dysregulation that leaves you exhausted, hypervigilant, or emotionally overwhelmed? You may find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, or compulsive behaviors that temporarily reduce distress but ultimately reinforce it. I support individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and health anxiety who are ready for meaningful, lasting change.

As a new therapist, do you find yourself gripped by imposter syndrome and self-doubt-no matter how much training or preparation you have? You’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. You’re thoughtful, caring, and committed to your clients, yet still questioning yourself, replaying sessions, and wondering if you’re doing enough. You may feel anxious, unsure, or disconnected from your clinical confidence. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to build clarity and confidence, trust your clinical voice, and feel grounded and empowered in the therapist you’re becoming. I want to help you get there.

Currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual therapy.
When it comes to being vulnerable, I know it can be one of the scariest things to do, so my goal is to help foster an environment and trust to help with the process. I work with all individuals; children (ages 7+), teens and adults. Some disorders I help treat include; Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm, Complex Trauma, ADHD, OCD, and more. My approach to therapy is to find the balance between processing information together and providing my clients with working strategies to help them to continue to meet their goals.

Parents often reach out when their child is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, struggling with big emotions, friendships, school stress, or changes at home. Sometimes children don’t yet have the words to explain what’s happening, and it may show up through behaviour, withdrawal, or emotional outbursts. The children and teens I work with often need a space where they can feel safe, understood, and accepted without pressure to “fix” things right away. They may be working toward feeling more confident, managing emotions, building friendships, strengthening family relationships, and understanding themselves better.

Are you ready to feel more grounded, respond rather than react, and build a sense of safety and self-compassion? Trauma and anxiety can quietly shape how you see yourself and the world around you. You may be thoughtful and capable, yet feel on edge, disconnected from others, or emotionally drained. Past experiences can show up in your body, your relationships, or your ability to feel calm and present. You might feel frustrated by these patterns or unsure how to move forward, but something in you is ready for change. I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing.

Socrates famously said, “the unexamined life is not worth living.” The examined life provides meaning to life, understanding oneself to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to examine client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and how they influence their anxiety, depression, relationships, core values, and underlying assumptions. I offer diverse life experiences that provide unique insights into client’s issues. Together we can work towards your ideal life.
