I work with adolescents, adults, couples & families who struggle with coping in various areas: relationships, intimacy, emotional awareness, life & work transitions, mental illness & addictions... My approach is solution focused & holistic. l am certified as a Reiki III, Yoga & Spiritual teacher. You may find this adds value to the therapeutic experience.
