At this time my client list is full, and I will not be accepting anyone on to my waitlist for 2023. -If you struggle to communicate, build meaningful relationships, and/or with emotion regulation, you have come to the right place. Together, we can work through past or current trauma, and other difficult life events. Mental health is health. It is completely normal to struggle, and it is my goal to ensure that you have a safe and comfortable space to allow yourself to be vulnerable.
My passion is to help you through any issues you experience in a comfortable way. I work with my clients to build confidence and improve their communication skills to improve all types of relationships and to develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I am nonjudgmental, accepting and understanding. I provide clients with a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere that promotes personal growth. Together, we can work to change your life in meaningful ways.
