I frequently hear from the people I support, that it feels like no one is really listening. Our existing relationships often don’t allow us to be SEEN and HEARD accurately, in the way that we need to be seen and heard. My goal as a therapist, is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental presence, where you can feel seen, heard, and valued. It is my belief that through a collaborative counselling relationship we can start to become more connected to ourselves, as well as to those around us.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, it’s important to know that you’re not alone in your struggles with trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a compassionate therapist, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Together, we will work through the pain of past experiences and the weight of present anxieties, helping you to uncover the strength within yourself to heal and grow. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding; I believe that every individual has a unique story that deserves to be heard.

If you're struggling with unhelpful behaviours, unhealthy relationships or childhood trauma, my approach starts with meeting you where you are. If you are looking to make sustainable changes in any part of your life, my goal is for you to make those changes from a place of confidence and self compassion. From this place of self awareness, the person you want to be can emerge. I also offer clinical supervision to RPs & RP(Q)s working toward Entry or Independent Practice
