Working collaboratively with you, my goal is to discover your strengths and help you learn strategies for long-term change. I believe in the value of a holistic counselling approach that recognizes the inter-connectedness of psychological, emotional, social, physical and spiritual health.
Applying therapeutic strategies, we will explore the life circumstances that have led to a variety of challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, life transitions, relationship issues, separation/divorce, grief and loss in all its forms and trauma (EMDR trained).
