The decision to start therapy takes a lot of courage and trust. Our team of therapists have decades of experience and wisdom working with people like yourself who are navigating significant life changes. Whether you are recovering from trauma, healing difficult relationships, or struggling with loss, our team of therapists provide a safe and confidential space to support you on your journey. Healing from mental health problems requires cultivating a compassionate attitude towards self as well as learning practical strategies to manage challenging emotions. Therapy can be a gateway to leading a better life and seeing possibilities.
We use an integrative, trauma informed approach and combine somatic therapies for healing body and mind. Our therapists are trained in EMDR, neurofeedback, sensorimotor psychotherapy, IFS and mindfulness. We work with chronic illness, burnout, depression, ADHD, complex trauma, pain, and PTSD. Learn to regulate your nervous system and feel safe in therapy.
Ready to start therapy? It is important that you feel your therapist is a good fit for you. We take the time to discuss your needs and then recommend a free 15 minute consultation with one of our therapists. We offer online services throughout Ontario but also provide a welcoming therapy space for in person therapy located by the subway line. No waitlist.

Mindfulness Training for Emotional Resilience
MTER is a 4-week group that teaches emotion regulation skills through psycho-education and mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a practice and a skill that is useful for many aspects of our lives and teaches us to be engaged with the present moment in all that comes our way. Participants will be introduced to different mindfulness practices that help surf the waves of overwhelming emotions. The group will learn how mindfulness can help regulate emotions and positively influence neural connections in the brain. The group will run on Wednesday Feb. 5 to Feb. 25, 2020 from 6 - 8 pm
