Do you find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety and worry, no matter what you try?
Do you seem to “have it all together” on the outside - but inside, you’re constantly battling anxiety and worry? You’ve accomplished a lot, yet instead of peace, you feel on edge or stuck. Maybe a recent life change - a breakup, new school or job, move, or shift in family dynamics - has only amplified the anxiety that’s been bubbling beneath the surface. Deep down, you know something needs to shift, even if you’re not exactly sure what. You’re ready to understand yourself more, break old patterns, and finally feel calmer and more grounded.

There often comes a time in adulthood, where we notice that our behaviours, actions, or coping skills are no longer serving us. Perhaps you have learned ways to manage your emotions, but you are getting tired of always having to put out fires. "Why does this keep happening"? "Why am I the only one that gets triggered like this"? "Why can't I just stop acting this way"? These are the important questions that we work through together in the therapy space.
If this sounds like a path you are ready to explore, it only takes a few minutes to reach out. Let's do this together!

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, or self-doubt—especially when you’re the one everyone else relies on. I support women ages 25–45 who are feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want to feel steadier, more confident, and more in control of their lives. You are great at taking care of everyone else, but it's time to take care of you.

Many people come to therapy carrying experiences they haven’t had space or the language to fully explore. I believe that every person carries a story that deserves to be heard with care, respect, and compassion. My curiosity about the diverse ways people experience the world has grown into a commitment to walking alongside clients as they build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. In session, I focus on how people make sense of their experiences and how this shapes their identities and evolving sense of self.

Accepting new clients. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or quietly carrying more than others can see? Often, my clients feel stuck in anxiety, low mood, work/life stress, or grief. Many are navigating maternal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility), parenting challenges, or the complexities of raising children, including teens. Others are adolescents themselves navigating the complexities of life at their age.
Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and gently begin to move toward more ease and balance.

Hi, I'm Sierra, and I am a registered occupational therapist (OT) whose practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. I approach traditional psychotherapy through an OT lens by focusing on identifying and addressing barriers to function, such as executive function, emotional and self-regulation, and interpersonal skills. By integrating psychotherapeutic techniques—including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and coaching, with OT, I create practical, measurable, and meaningful change.
