My career started in 2000 when I began working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, personality disorders, somatic disorders, chronic pain, fatigue, sleep disorders, PTSD, trauma, and survivors of sexual abuse and assault. Over the years, I have also accumulated continuing education and experience working with families and couples and working with individuals navigating interpersonal stressors, as often, our mental health is influenced by our ability to connect with others.
