Some examples of goals my clients have worked towards and achieved include: acquiring tools to feel more in control of their depression and/or anxiety, becoming more assertive with others, improving their relationships and feeling more fulfilled with their career.

As a clinical psychologist, I offer treatment for adults and couples.
At our core, we want to seen, understood, and accepted by those around us. When we've been through painful experiences, whether those be traumatic exposures or hurt in intimate relationships, we're left with the pain of feeling unseen and unimportant that gets in the way of who we want to be. Therapy provides a uniquely tailored and intentional path forward.

Couples: I believe that the relationships in our lives directly affect our day to day functioning and overall life satisfaction.
Individuals: Psychotherapy is an excellent way to examine our patterns of reacting; to build insight into the "song and dance" we learned in childhood. In a typical session we explore the relationships and life experiences which have led you to where you are today with the goal of understanding and accepting your best self.

Are you intelligent, "type-A", with a million things always on the go? On the outside you appear to have "made it", but on the inside your anxiety is crippling. You wonder if you have ADHD, you're working on 100 things at once, never seeming to be able to slow down until you crash (and then beat yourself up for resting). You start to wonder if you're depressed. Why does it feel like you're on such a roller coaster of emotions? You've tried journaling, meditating, maybe even medication or therapy, but you still feel stuck. You know you need to "love yourself", but you don't know how to actually DO that
