You’re someone who’s always pushing forward, balancing the demands of life, career, and personal goals.
As someone who’s walked the path of ADHD and navigated the world as an empath, I get how tough it can be to keep up in an often overwhelming world. With a holistic approach, my goal is to support people like you, who are trying to marry ambition with self-care, all while maintaining emotional and mental health.

For many clients including neurodivergent clients, children and teenagers who love creating stories, imagery, games… people with disabilities who want to explore ways of communicating other than speaking, students and professionals in the creative fields or who would love to start a creative career… for those and others, experiential approaches might work better.
I'm formally trained in Phenomenological-Existentialist Psychology, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-CBT, Ecopsychology, and Narrative approaches such as Life Designing and Bibliotherapy. I have vast experience with autistic teenagers and young adults, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression and Career Counselling.

We often serve clients navigating ADHD, Career Stress & Burnout, High-Functioning Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Trauma and Relationship Issues of any kind.
You’ve worked hard—degrees earned, promotions won, goals achieved. But instead of feeling proud, you’re stuck in burnout. Late nights, racing thoughts, and a never-ending to-do list have you running on fumes. Maybe ADHD has you juggling too much, and now it’s all crashing down. Or imposter syndrome keeps whispering that you’re not enough, no matter what you accomplish. You’re too busy to add one more thing to your plate. You wonder if therapy will actually stick or if it’s just another thing that doesn’t work, asking yourself, what’s the point of being “aware” if nothing really changes? Therapy gives you more than just awareness.

I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and career challenges.
Does it feel like everything’s piling up, and you’re one breath away from breaking? Stress and anxiety keep building up, and when it’s too much, you either snap or shut down. It’s like you’re caught in this endless cycle: feeling anxious, struggling in your relationships, doubting yourself. You’re tired of pretending everything’s fine, but you’re not sure how to change it. You want to feel calm again, express yourself honestly without fear, and set boundaries without guilt. You want to feel like yourself: strong and at peace. I get it, and you’re not alone...

I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, career obstacles, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and periods of deep questioning.
What I’ve come to value most in this work is the power of being seen, heard, and met with genuine care during life’s most uncertain or difficult chapters. Beyond my professional training, I bring the insight of lived experience. I’ve walked through a major career transition and weathered personal setbacks that challenged my sense of direction and identity.

Do you find yourself overthinking, saying yes when you really want to say no, or feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings? Maybe you grew up with parents that were critical, inconsistent, or emotionally unavilable and now you struggle with anxiety, depression or ADHD. On the outside appear capable, but inside your mind never stops racing and its hard to organize your thoughts. You may feel drained, frustrated, or stuck in patters in your relationships, overextending yourself or avoiding conflict to maintain peace.

Career Guidance Counsellors

How do I know if I need career counselling?

Determining whether a career counsellor is needed involves assessing one's current career and identifying what changes can be made to improve one's overall quality of life. In particular, feelings of loss of motivation, fatigue, anxiety, depression, procrastination, or ongoing levels of high stress can all be indicative of a need for career-related counselling. In addition, individuals changing jobs may want the decision-making support or self-reflection opportunities provided by a career counsellor.

Who can benefit from career counselling?

Anyone can benefit from the self-reflection, skill development, and stress management techniques that career counselling can provide. However, individuals who are feeling overwhelmed or burnt out with their current job and individuals considering a major career change may particularly benefit from career counselling to improve their wellbeing. Additionally, individuals who are facing issues in their current job, such as coworker relationship challenges or not meeting performance goals, may benefit from the perspective that a career counsellor can provide. College-age or young professionals may also uniquely benefit from career counselling as they make key decisions surrounding education and job training that will impact their career trajectory.

How long does career counselling typically last?

The length of career counselling can vary greatly depending on the needs of the individual and what type of support they are seeking Career coaching or advising services—which serve clients in a specific, goal-oriented capacity—often last for a shorter duration and are sometimes only a single session or a few sessions in length. In contrast, career counselling as part of a more integrative therapeutic relationship with a counsellor may last longer, particularly if the issues faced by the client are longstanding and/or more complex in nature; in such cases, individuals may expect therapy to last multiple months or longer.

How to prepare for career counselling?

Clients can prepare for career counselling sessions by outlining the specific topics they would like to address with the counsellor, such as current job challenges or hopes for the future of their career. Compiling one's thoughts on such topics often requires reflection on one's career and future goals, which in itself can be beneficial for session preparation. Clients may also want to put together a list of questions they would like to ask the counsellor, particularly if the career counsellor they are seeing has particular expertise in a given career area. Conducting research into potential future jobs, training opportunities, or support resources in one's area may also help clients prepare for career counselling by providing them with a background of what resources are available in their area.
