Developing self-awareness — what’s important to you, your unique strengths and resources, and the ways in which you may hold yourself back — is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. When faced with life’s inevitable challenges, self-awareness is like a compass, helping you find your true north and live your best, most authentic life. My role is to create a safe space in which we identify your unique strengths, explore how you limit yourself, and help you to thrive. I ask curious, thoughtful questions to help you make sense of your challenges and find a way forward that is consistent with your values and your true self.

These tools can be used to help manage de-regulation, nervous system overload, to gain clarity, and to act as a more gentle introductory towards the path of healing especially for those that have never sought therapy before.
