As a therapist in London Ontario, I support individuals, couples, teens, children, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and relationship stress.
Many people begin therapy when relationship stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm start affecting daily life and connection with the people they care about most. You may feel pressure to have it all together while quietly feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. You might notice patterns in your relationships that feel hard to change, or find yourself feeling distant from others or from yourself.
Whether you’re navigating conflict in your relationship, parenting stress or anxiety, you don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin rebuilding confidence and stability.

I support individuals and couples (monogamous or otherwise) in navigating life with compassion and curiosity via a blend of Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Attachment Theory, feminist therapy, and trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care.
Maybe you've spent years trying to understand yourself. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, talked yourself through your emotions, and still find yourself caught in the same patterns. Your mind knows you're safe, but your body doesn't seem to believe it. You overthink conversations, second-guess yourself, feel responsible for everyone else, or don't trust your own needs. If that sounds familiar, I don't see someone who's broken. I see someone whose nervous system adapted to survive. Therapy isn't about fixing you; it's about helping you understand those adaptations with compassion, so you no longer carry them alone.
