As a psychotherapist, my perspective on healing is that we all have within us what we are searching, but we need help in uncovering and recovering that innate knowledge. Let me help you learn to find that knowledge. I see adults individually or within a couple both in person and for online sessions. I provide an empathetic and safe space combined with real practical and tangible support and advice.

My clinical work is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach. I focus on creating a space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore the changes you want to make. I’m especially interested in how experiences like neurodiversity, illness, or receiving a diagnosis shape the way people see themselves. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening inside with clarity and compassion.

My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and intersectional, integrating somatic, family systems, and psychodynamic therapy to support lasting change.
Together, we can explore the protective patterns that helped you survive but may now be keeping you stuck. Rather than pushing these parts away, we work to understand them with curiosity and compassion, while building new ways of relating to yourself. I offer in-person and virtual sessions through the week, including weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Healing often begins with learning to treat yourself with the same compassion you already offer everyone else. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, body image concerns, perfectionism, work stress, and relationship challenges. My clients often arrive feeling disconnected from themselves, struggling to trust their own voice or feel confident in who they are. Whether you are dealing with social pressure, family dynamics, dating, or the quiet weight of self-criticism, this is a space where you can begin to reconnect with yourself.

The ways we learn to cope often make perfect sense given what we have been through. Over time, those same patterns can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment injuries, infidelity, and the lasting effects of sexual abuse and assault. If you are caught in patterns you cannot seem to shift, or carrying something that has never felt fully safe to explore, this is a space built for exactly that work.

Updated July 2026: Are you between 18-30, highly sensitive, child of immigrant parents, who is doing all the things you're "supposed to" do, but feel like it's never good enough? No matter how hard you try, the people closest to you are never satisfied. The pressure is insane, and you're so incredibly exhausted. You wonder if there's something wrong with you, or maybe this is depression? Is this amount of anxiety normal? You feel like you can't even talk about it - the stigma is so real, but you just know that those closest to you wouldn't understand and might even make it worse. And - you feel guilty even thinking that way. Sigh.

Often times we get stuck in various aspects of our life due to loss, emotional distress such as anxiety, panic or depression; trauma (childhood, sexual, physical and emotional abuse); relationship issues, such as separation and divorce, and coping issues such as stress and addictions, and we just need someone to help us navigate it all.
