But you are not a machine and your feelings about life and yourself really do matter.
I get the need for human connection and for pause to consider and feel. My style of therapy is relaxed and explorative and I values a sense of humor. As a virtual therapist who support adults with ADHD or suspected ADHD and anxiety in Ontario I know it is hard to manage all the things with these additional layers, I am happy to help.

I help high-achieving, highly intelligent people stop overthinking and begin living from an integrated, directed self. Using a blend of parts work, somatic practice, and spiritual integration, I help you identify the internal voices and blocked energies that keep progress short-lived, and guide you to compassionate dialogue, boundary-setting, and embodied action. Many clients arrive feeling fractured. They are driven by intellect, but disconnected from desire, feeling, and meaning. Together we translate insight into sustainable change.

When your emotions go haywire, it’s like watching your life from the sidelines.
I've got you covered. I love seeing my clients reset their lives and live fully. I've helped clients understand their thought cycles and learn ways around it. I've helped clients feel validated and broken the shame cycle. And I've helped clients feel calm and prepared to deal with conflict in a way that is constructive.

Through evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, emotional regulation, and life coaching, I will guide you in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and gaining clarity— all within a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
I work with people who carry a lot on their shoulders—juggling responsibilities, providing for others, and supporting loved ones, often at the expense of their own well-being. You’re likely high-achieving and resilient, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. If you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or isolated, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll focus on reconnecting your mind and body, finding a balance, and working toward your goals to help you feel more grounded, supported, and at ease.

If you’re exhausted, carrying the weight of the world, or feeling depleted by life’s demands, it’s time for an honest look beneath the surface.
Are you searching for someone you truly connect with—someone safe enough to share your struggles? Maybe you’ve looked for support but find it hard to meet your deeper self fully so change can happen. If you’re done overthinking and want real relief and lasting shifts inside, depth work might be your answer. Lasting change comes from knowing yourself deeply and addressing what’s beneath the surface.

You may feel stuck in the same patterns: overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, or life changes that feel hard to manage.
Therapy can be the place where you finally set down what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, confidence, and sense of peace.

Upsetting news in the moment can lead to troubled days, and letting those troubles fester can create one heck of a miserable existence that impacts every facet of your life.
You are not alone. I can help. My goal is two-fold for you. I want to help you identify what works for you, and focus on doing those things more often. Secondly, I want to help you uncover what doesn’t work and find ways to do those things less often.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
