I am a registered Psychotherapist and Life Coach. I have a degree in Kinesiology and Diploma from Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy. I have supported people in various ways as a psychotherapist, couples counsellor, personal trainer, entrepreneur and parent. I also value the use of intuition and spirituality in connection to wellness.
