As a relationship therapist, I focus on parent child relationships, couple relationships and relationships at the work place.
I have well-developed competencies in using a systemic approach to therapy and I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and biofeedback based mindfulness therapy approaches to treat GAD, ADHD, OCD, Autism and other anxiety related conditions. I am multi lingual and conduct therapy in English, Tamil and Hindi.

Clinical Supervision
I am a qualifying supervisor of Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy in Ontario. I offer clinical supervision to RPs and RMFTs towards their licensing in the province.
