| Français I provide a service of psychotherapy to couples, families and individuals. I believe that at the core of most emotional difficulties lies unmet relational/attachment needs. Therapy is the perfect tool to explore those needs, and to ensure they are eventually met.
My service includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy and internal family systems therapy (not a certified IFS therapist). Other professionals share the office space with me (hypnotherapist, social workers). Dot not hesitate to contact me for more information on those services.
I offer a service that is inclusive of all individual differences. I do not specialize in helping particular marginalized groups but everyone in my service is treated with dignity and with the utmost respect.
