Hi, I’m Olivia! I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, and the weight of ongoing stress—when life feels like too much and it’s hard to slow down or feel grounded. My goal is to offer a space where you can breathe a little easier—where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what’s really going on. Together, we’ll build trust, self-compassion, and practical tools to help you manage stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself and others. Healing can include warmth, humour, and hope—and it often does.
I offer a space where you can feel safe, supported, and free to show up as you are. My approach is flexible and grounded, drawing from EMDR to process trauma, CBT to manage anxiety, IFS to explore your inner world, and self-compassion to build kindness toward yourself, as well as other therapeutic modalities. Together we’ll find the mix that fits you best.
