My client-centred, therapeutic approaches include: Transpersonal- acknowledging humans as spiritual beings. Somatic - tuning into the messages and emotions held within. Existential - examining purpose and meaning. Other methods of exploration we will use include: Emotional Blocks, Mindfulness, Inner Child/Teen Work, Intergenerational Trauma and Dreamwork.
