I specialize in helping you to go deeper to understand and release whatever is holding you back. I weave depth psychology and attachment healing with a trauma-informed, somatic approach to help you go beyond talk therapy on its own.
During our sessions, I will encourage you to be true to yourself and your own direction, especially as you explore unsettling or difficult issues. My training and experience includes both psychological and spiritual dimensions of human growth and potential. Psychology and spirit are deeply connected: I have witnessed my own and others' healing coming through the heart, the body and the spirit.
At times, I may suggest you pause to sense your body and breath, to help deepen a connection with the moment and with your deepest self. As you go deeper, I will continue to reflect back to you your own truth, helping you clarify what is most important to you. I give up to 1/2 hour free consultation (15 min is the standard Psychology Today wording).
