I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, emotion regulation, ADHD experiences, life transitions, habit or behaviour changes, and/or other daily stressors. Sessions with me are tailored to your unique goals and daily life, combining practical strategies with collaborative guidance to create meaningful changes.
I welcome clients aged 7+ experiencing anxiety, low moods, relationship challenges, or other life stressors. Whether facing transitions, mental health concerns, or needing space to process, I offer guidance and support. I’m happy to connect via email or a free consultation.
