I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in Nursing, and experience working in mental health, as well as with older adults. As a transracial adoptee, I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have been adopted. I also enjoy working with those impacted by neurodiversity, attachment-related concerns, including relational dynamics and boundary setting, challenges related to working in healthcare, caregiving, grief, and ambiguous loss.
I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred approach in order to help clients achieve change in a way that is meaningful for them. I strongly believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic space for all clients.
I am happy to offer brief consultation calls by telephone to help determine if we may be a good fit. Due to ongoing commitments in the public sector, we may be unable to work together.
