I'm a late diagnosed neurodivergent, queer, cis woman of colour with over 18 years of experience in helping folxs navigate life. I support individuals and partners, who want to truly be understood without guilt or shame. I work from an identity affirming, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, equitable, and sex-positive lens. Through empathetic curiosity, we will collaboratively center your needs and help you get to where you want to be.

We'd be a good fit if you want support with issues related to life transitions within your personal, professional, and academic life, identity issues related to ethnicity, culture, race, sexuality, gender, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AUDHD), and relationship struggles related to communication, boundaries, sex, intimacy, etc.
