It takes courage to reach out for support when not knowing what to do. That can be quite a lonely and painful experience, together with feeling disconnected, stuck and overwhelmed. You can get a better understanding of your feelings and behaviors, see how you are entrenched in your own patterns or how you get in your own way, process past experiences and just talk about heavy stuff without feeling like a burden. This work can bring you closer to understanding and experiencing your authentic self.

The anchor of my work is Gestalt therapy, which has a strong relational, somatic and existential lens. Healing as well as growing, is a process, and it occurs in relationships that contain both support and challenge. I assist with trauma related issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self esteem, shame. However, my main focus is people themselves.

Relationship Lab is a long-term therapy group where you can explore how you connect, relate, and show up with others. Through real-time interactions, you’ll gain insight into your patterns, build emotional resilience, and grow relational skills in a supportive environment. Starts Sept/Oct 2025. Trauma Processing Group

This group is intended for those seeking group support while dealing with the aftermath of trauma. That might include struggling with trust, difficulty bonding, an inability to sustain relationships, a tendency to withdraw, or ongoing feelings of guilt, shame, inadequacy, or low self-worth. If that sounds familiar, come join the group. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens in relationship. The group will start as soon as the number of participants is met. It is a closed group, running in 10-session blocks. Meets every week for 2 hours. 6 -7 participants. $60 per session.
