My approach is simple: understand what's actually driving the problem, then treat it with the right tool. Sometimes that's EMDR to process a traumatic memory that talk alone hasn't reached. Sometimes it's CBT to break a pattern of anxious thinking, or focused couples work to change how a relationship functions day to day. I practice in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I bring the same directness to therapy in all three.
