I am currently accepting clients for virtual counselling. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and help clients address mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, caregiver fatigue, and work-related stress. I have experience working with neurodivergent adults, children (ages 10 and up) and youth. This includes folks diagnosed with (or querying) ADD, ADHD, and ASD.
My approach to counselling is centered around providing non-judgmental services that foster self-growth, reflection, and acceptance. I believe in client-directed therapy, which encourages accountability, and strengthens the client-counsellor relationship.
My ultimate goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner selves, gain new insights, and develop effective strategies to improve your overall well-being.
