Over 30 years, I have the privilege of talking to, listening to, walking with and praying for women & couples who struggle with their family, marital, and interpersonal relationships. In 2002, I graduated with a MA in counselling. Since then I have been counselling formally in the Calgary area. I love to help women to reconnect with God in their spiritual struggles and work on their relationships with others. I have journeyed with many women who experience domestic abuse. The vicious cycle has kept many in terrifying living situations. I also enjoy working with couples who love each other but have a hard time getting along.

I use eclectic counselling theories to help my clients. Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy were my initial models. I bring in the biblical principles and truth to encourage Christians in their journey. My latest learning of Emotionally Focused Therapy is the amazing way to help individuals and couples.
I have lived in 4 different countries. I appreciate different cultures; so I am comfortable working with clients whose ethnic backgrounds are different from mine. I believe God has created human in His own image and everyone has profound value. I treat my clients reverently as God would want me to.
