My name is Odette Quenneville. I am a professional social worker and psychotherapist with years of experience working in the public sector as well as in private practice. I am a member in good standing with the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec and hold a psychotherapy permit delivered by the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, caregiver support, spiritual counselling, grief and bereavement. I provide a safe environment where clients can be free to share their struggles and develop strategies to achieve healthy goals and objectives.
Throughout my work experience I have also counselled individuals following the sudden and unexpected death of a loved one as a result of a miscarriage, sudden death, tragic accident or suicide. Traumatic loss can be life altering. Counselling offers individuals an opportunity to be supported through these difficult and painful moments of grief and loss.
